Our history

Darren is a passionate and people-focussed leader who transformed and rapidly grew a Microsoft Dynamics partner into a leading consultancy business that was acquired in December 2022. The journey began with a very small team, a huge opportunity, and a big vision, and what drives and motivates him is the opportunity to grow small to medium-sized businesses. Throughout his career he has delivered fast-paced and high-volume digital transformational change, with a particular focus on the UK public sector, and would love to do it again.

From 2017 to 2025 he worked at a company that became a leading Microsoft Partner and part of the coveted ‘Inner Circle’. Prior to acquisition the business grew significantly, increasing revenues sevenfold, growing the public sector customer base by over 800%. Darren led back-office functions, making best use of the resources available, underpinning our growth ambitions at a scalable pace.

Previously, Darren spent 20 years in the public sector, leading significant programmes of IT change that have improved the service delivery to the UK’s Education Sector, ultimately benefitting millions of students, thousands of educators, and giving greater value to taxpayers. 

He is also a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner who excels at developing the potential in others and seeing them grow into successful professionals.

Darren enjoys doing things that seem difficult and that most others shy away from. A key driver for him is working with teams of passionate people that want to achieve something brilliant that will make a difference.
